Beginning Introduction: Day one we will first watch a PADI Discover Scuba Diving instructional video on the basic fundamentals of scuba diving. Your instructor will thoroughly review the importance of following all safety instructions, underwater communication signals & emergency procedures.
Diving Equipment & Instruction: Your Dive Instructors will give you hands-on instruction of how each piece of your dive equipment works, then test you on your skills of setting up your own tanks and BCDs.
Confined Water Instruction: The fun begins right from the deck of the dive shop. We have a small confined area right in the crystal blue Caribbean to practice breathing underwater and master control of your buoyancy in calm water.
Boat Trip: Once both you and your dive instructor are comfortable with your ability to dive in Open Ocean, we will hop in our dive boat and head out to one of the local dive sites perfect for beginners.
Open Water Dives: Over the course of the next few days (3 to 4 depending your progress), you will put your new scuba diving skills into practice and to the test with 6 different dives.
Classroom time and bookwork or online study will continue throughout the week until you have passed both your written exam and your demonstrated your underwater skill sets proficiently. Once you have passed, your PADI Open Water Certification allows you to dive anywhere in the world!!

Just let us know you are interested and we will send you all the information the information with your confirmation.
Important Note:
- You must complete the open water theory part before. We will ask for the certification of completion of coursework by your dive shop back home.
- All participants are required to fill out a Medical Questionnaire prior to diving. If you will answer yes to any of the listed items, you will need to bring a note from your doctor clearing you to scuba dive. This is a standard PADI form used by all PADI dive shops worldwide. Please review it prior to booking to determine if you will need to visit your doctor prior to your trip.
